Thought I’d quickly touch base. So this is kind of a no-frills post, but I’m getting a lot of
shit stuff done around here and I’m making progress but I also wanted to get this out. Soooo…. here it is. Anyway, it’s been exactly one month ago since I last posted and my daughter Lauren showed me this animated short that I fell in love with and, of course, I wanted to share it with y’all immediately (y’all may already know about it, though) — so, yeah, I’m breaking my own “I’m-not-going-to-post-until-June-1” rule.
Anyway, I hope everyone is having the kind of March they’ve been wanting to have and I hope you get a chance to check out KitBull below if you haven’t already! Ah, hell, do it again even if you have seen it before — you know you want to! I love, love, love this and hope you do, too! If you cry easily (like my daughter), you might want to have a tissue or two close by.
Anyway, if I come across something else that can’t wait until June, I’ll let y’all know! Otherwise, just know that I’m thinking about all of you on a daily basis and I hope you like KitBull as much as I do and…now I have to get back to work! I miss you all! Let me know what you think.
OKAY, SO MY FRIENDS, KIM AND SUZANNE (SEE THE COMMENTS BELOW), BOTH TRIED TO WATCH THIS SHORT AND BOTH DESCRIBED IT AS “TOO MUCH!” SO IF YOU ARE A SENSITIVE SOUL, BE AWARE THAT THERE IS INTENSE EMOTIONAL CONTENT IN KITBULL, INCLUDING SUGGESTIONS/ PORTRAYAL OF ANIMAL ABUSE. THIS IS A SHORT ABOUT OVERCOMING ADVERSITY, HOWEVER; SO IF YOU CAN GET THROUGH THAT PART (IT DOESN’T LAST TOO LONG), THIS STORY DOES HAVE A REALLY WONDERFUL ENDING! ALSO, REMEMBER — THIS IS AN ANIMATED FILM — SO REAL ANIMALS WERE NOT HURT DURING THE MAKING OF THIS! AGAIN, I THINK THIS IS A WONDERFUL STORY WITH A GREAT ENDING, WHICH IS WHY I’M SHARING IT! ~ M
